[Resolved] Vodafone — wrong recharge reversal request mobile number | |||
Hi I am from Kolkata I have wrongly recharged a number in spite of the correct number for a sum of Rs 599 (through online gateway). I have raised the issue with Vodafone on the same day itself by mailing them on the address [protected]@vodafoneidea.com Also spoke with the Vodafone care representative Punam Bose and initially, she has promised that wrong recharge will be reversed and the correct number will be recharged with the amount after deducting the GST. Now today it is more than 5 days and now Vodafone is mailing me stating that the above request can't be fulfilled I am totally disappointed with the kind of resolution provided and would like to escalate the issue Was this information helpful? | |||
