Vodafone — Wrongly Billing and Not Providing Details for the Billing | |||||
Dear Sir / Madam, Vodafone has billed me for rs. 22, 000.00 for International Roaming, while asking about bifurcation / site wise / second wise details . . .they denied to me and i am sure i have not used anything more than 5-10 MB, but they billed me for 42 MB and during their billing time . . . I was already on another Call . . . So, It's totally unjustifiable and False billing of Vodafone . . . I want Justice against this issue . . . I have raised questions to Vodafone Nodal Dept of Gujarat. but they are not able to help me out after wasting 15 days. . .so i am forced to file complain against them.
