[Resolved]  Vodafone — Wrongly charged, Unethical behaviour by representative

Hello, I put my number in safe custody and paid Rs.150 for 3 months. I was told that I would not be charged any more in the 3 months. However, I am still being charged Rs.300-400 every month. When I visit the store, they accepted fault and said they would reverse it but still haven't done yet. When I call customer service they talk rudely and say that they will not reverse the charges. This is a very unprofessional behavior.
