Vodafonecare Mum (Mum) — Call rate changed without notification and reason | |||
Myself Sachin V. and mobile number is [protected]. Before three months I purchased Vodafone number. The call rate is 1ps per 1 sec till 02.02.2014. Now vodafone care is mailing me that "We regret to inform you that currently pay per second offer has been discontinued from your prepaid account. Hence, you are getting charged as per base tariff. Further, we request you to kindly recharge with bonus card for Rs. 62 to avail the all mobile calls at 1.2 p/sec and landline calls at 2 p/sec, in national roaming outgoing calls at 1.5 p/sec for 180 day validity." They are now forcing me to do this kind of recharge every month to get pay per second call rate. Please look into the matter. Was this information helpful? | |||
