Vodofone — Unnecessary charge/change in plan

This is to inform that last month vodafone changes my postpaid plan without my permission/intimation which resulted in higher bill. I reached out to customer care and they insisted that the change was made from my side however this is not the case. After a long conversation customer care executive agree to wave off only 235 instead of extra plan charges. Further customer care executive also said that Redex plan need to be continued for 6 months otherwise 3000 penalty will be charged.

This is not at all expected and acceptable from vodafone being a vintage user. My existing plan was 299 and i still wanted to continue the same and I want additional charges need to be wave off in next month bill.

This month I will only pay Rs352 as per my previous plan only
