Yesterday i have booked a car from your mobile application for today for which i have selected the time 23rd of oct from eve 8 o clock to till 07:00 am 24th (Which was by default), but when i have done the payment against this booking the confirmation message received for mor 07:00 am to 13:00 pm, i was shocked as rs 3581 have been deducted from my account for an incorrect timings which was useless for me i tried your cc but unable to connect. Hence within 2-3 minutes i had canceled my booking and again i got shocked that 495 rs have been charged me for cancellation.

Just wanted to keep into your kind notice that my first experience is too bad with you guys now i do not want to wait for another 10 to 15 working days i want my money back with immediately including the charges of cancellation.

I hope i will get a quick and satisfactory resolution for my query so that i can refer else i will escalate this issue it consumer form or further department.

What policy i have cancelled this because there is no option to edit the timing on your service as i have booked it for 7 eve than why it was booked for 7 morning its is a fault of your service also i have canceled the booking within the duration of 5 minutes so why should i pay you cancellation charges.

    I have booked one car with voler cars for 26th of october and due to some licence issue they made me cancel my booking on 27th of september.
    The booking amount was rs. 4062.
    Booking id: pun-w-grand-i[protected].

    Every day i call they but they refuse to give me money back.

    On 31st of october they asked me my bank details for neft purpose as there was some payment issue at their gateway.

    Till now they have not returned my money back.

    Dont know why they make people fool and 4062 rs is a big amount for me.

    I want my money back asap.

      Hello, i booked a car on rent on may 15 to travel from bangalore to ap. Its been six month after i made my booking, voler promised to return my state permit tax of ap and after reaching the customer care for more than 10 times they are not refunding and claming it is in the process. Im not able to do anything kindly help me out

        Booked a voler car (Ford figo) on 29-30 july 2017 (Blr-w-figo[protected]. First of all the car was in pretty bad shape. The music system did not work. The car was 75000km running, so the clutch plate was like gone forever. It started hurting my feet after 50km drive. Anyways while returning the car there was extra fuel for which i supposed to get refund (Almost 1/4 of the tank).
        I was informed that i would be getting the refund in the next 5 working days, at least i would be getting a confirmation the amount of refund. I waited till 7th aug., when i didn't get any response from voler i called up the customer care. I came to know that the the refund is not even initiated. The executive who was handling the call informed that he will initiate the process right away, and i'll receive a confirmation from volercars.
        But alas, nothing happened. Just to know status i again called up on 16th aug, and found out that though it was initiated, due to some technical glitch i did not received the amount and it will be credited to my account within 48hrs. Again, i called up on 21st aug, just to know the same thing, they did not even know how much the amount was to be paid and could not give any reason for the delay, just said that the amount will be credited within 48hrs. Once again i called up on 23rd aug., i was shocked to know that the refund was not initiated at all. The executive cannot even confirm the amount. I asked to sent me a mail with all the details (The refund amount & the date by when i would receive it). She confirmed that within 10mins i would be getting the mail and within 24hrs i would be receiving the amount.
        But even today i did not receive the amount. I called up in the morning of 28th aug. Then i was again informed that due to some technical glitch i could not receive the amount. She could not provide any further clarifications. And also she confirmed that i would receive a mail with all the details within 15mins. But as usual i did not receive any mail.
        When i realized that calling them was of no use i started sending them mails. But that too, to my surprise, was of no use. Even after sending 7 mails i did not get any concrete reply from regarding the refund amount or any commitment by when are they going to do the refund. I even warned them of taking legal actions, but it seems they don't care about that too.
        Now after doing some research i find that it is the same case with many customers. People have waited more than 4 months to get the refund.
        I have lost all hopes now. Not sure what to do. I don't know how to extract the money out of them.

          This is to bring it to yo notice that three of customer care employees was not helpful for me in any ways and they kept on giving me false hopes and no manners to listen understand customer concerns.

          Despite of multiple calls and reminders no one could help me out in getting my refund initiated.

          I would like to brief the scenario hoping you will understand the issue.

          The booking of car was done on 11 th august for 24 and 25 th of this month and later it was realised that 25 th is festival and i had to cancel the car booking.. So i cancelled the booking on 13th.

          As per the company policy 20 percent of my booking amount wil be deducted. I was ok with that as that is company policy.. And your staff said that refund will be initiated within 24 to 48 servers. N takes 5 to 7 working days from bank.

          From 13 till date no refund is initiated from your teams and all are not helping me whenever i have called all are just giving false commitments which is offence to any customer care employees..

          Now that i am pissed off with all things.. I am writing this to you to keep you informed that police complaint has been raised against your company as fraud case.

          When your company has not followed thier own policy.. Why should i pay 20 percent of my booking amount.. I need complete refund of my booking amount.. To be fair from my side i can be ready to pay oly 10 percent of booking amount in the worst case.

          However my first debate is on complete refund.

          I would like to also mention that even CEO is not responding to my complaints and few employees from customer care. Sanjay, Ramanand Sharma, Chirag and Shivjoshi.

          This is so annoying that no one is professional and helpful. Everyone are committing false hopes and utter waste staff. Kindly request you to take necessary action against them.
          I booked a car on Jan20, 2018, but they cancelled my booking. they said your driving licence not verified. after almost 19 days still, I haven't received my refund.
