I visited delhi from bangalore in aug. I booked a car two days in advance and paid in full over 7000 as advance. Car did not turn up at airport. When contacted they said, they dont have cars available. Then they promised for refund. Today is sept 9th. They have not refunded the amount yet even after two months. Their support team keeps promising new dates. I have audio recording of all the conversations and bank transactions for payments. i am considering going to consumer court. since the payment was made by credit card. The credit card company also has levied interest on the transaction. Overall, i had transactional loss, business loss and the voler car is least sensitive.

They have been giving stupid reasons such as their payment gateway is not functioning for months for doing my payment, while it takes few hours to fix the same. Below is the mail, I get from them.

    I booked a car on 14th June 2019 at 7:35 pm for outing and paid 9255 rupees advance payment, they give time slot for recieving car on 14th june 2019 at 11:00 pm, but they canceled my booking due to unavailability of car. So they give me 10 days of time for returning my money back in my bank account but today is 6th of august and approximate 54 days has gone and their customer care executive giving a new statement all the time when i call them. So now I am totally embarressed and now dont know what should I do in this case.

      This is regarding booking blr-i-xuv[protected]which was made for 30-04-19 to 02-05-19. Unfortunately i had to cancel the booking for some important other work came between on 29th of april. Due to this 20% of the booking amount has been deducted as per the volercars booking cancellation policy.

      Volercars policy also says the refund wiil be reflected in account by 10-15 working days. But, its been 1 month now i haven't received the refund. I have called volercars helpline number 4-5 times, they say "please wait for 2 days". What the hell is this? And recently they are not receiving my call.
      Volercars have broke its own terms and policy, why should i bear the 20% cancellation fees when they are returning in 15 days???

      I had good opinion on volercars but this is very disappointing. Shame on volercars. One bad experience could loose worthy customers. I'll spread news to my friends too not to book in volercars.

      I had booked a car on june 4th 2019 and cancelled it, I haven’t got my refund yet, support team has stopped mailing back and costumer care executives are stalling my calls. Booking id: BLR-I-ECOSPORT[protected]. They said tat it will be refunded in 15 days its been almost 45 days now.

        I am calling customer care from 2/3 days before booking female executive is saying that u have too give driving licence and some other proof also then i have booked after that they are saying give local karnataka proof how can i give i came from punjab for tourist trip then also i have provide one driving licence of relative friend of karnataka after that when i go too pickup the car they are saying too my localite friend i[censored]r are going with him on a trip then only we will give car why he go with us and they cancelled us booking now they not reciving call and not giving refund and saying that we will give 90 rs from estimate around 6 thousand rs

          Hi Friends,

          My self praveen and here by explaining how i got cheated by voler cars(VOLER CAR PRIVATE LIMITED). I booked a car from voler cars in bangalore for two days and i had paid the amount of rs 7300/- for two days. The car was delivered to my location by a driver who doesn't have Driving licence also. Once the delivery guy reached my location the customer service guys are started creating nuisance that they want original passport or Driving Licence which they will return after delivering the vehicle, As a customer i had never seen this type of rules and rejected there demand. For almost 2 hours discussion they had taken back there vehicle. As a customer i demanded my refund and asked the executive that i have no trust on you guys please pay and take away the vehicle. for almost 3 hours of discussion because of my busy work schedule i asked to leave with car after promising my refund by online. After couple of days i called up customer care service on my refund they are telling that due to misbehaviour with delivery boy they won't refund the amount. I Haven't seen this type of rules before. They are blackmailing us do what ever you can do. On more thing they can scold customers what in return we have to stay claim as per there policies. No response from customer care, they are disconnecting the calls frequently. As a customer if i missbehaved they can lodge a complaint in local police station but they won't do that. They want a reason to cancel customer trip and they are waiting for a reason not to refund the customers money. I had checked with lot of reviews in google regarding the same. Every customer had faced the problem and they are looting money from middle class peoples. Please be alert on this company services.

            I was given car with less than 1 litre diesel (distance to empty showed as 0 on the dashboard). I returned the car with about 18 litres diesel in the tank (distance to empty ~280km). I was promised a refund within 10-15 working days for extra fuel that I returned. First, they called me and said refund was approved for around 8L fuel, because they considered empty tank as 6L and what I returned was 14L according to them. All this is in spite of them having the correct value of 'distance to empty' written on the trip completion sheet that was handed over to them. Secondly, It's been over a month since all this, and other than promising me a refund 'soon', I have not gotten a single rupee from them so far. I have spoken to customer care 3-4 times, and three times they said they would arrange a callback from a supervisor which never happened. They are basically getting away with stealing my money in broad daylight.

              I booked a car, 15 days in advance i made full payment.
              On the day of the delivery of the car, the told due to mechanical issues they cannot provide the car, they promised to refund the entire booking amount (Rs. 10, 500). It has been a month, but due to "technical issues" they yet haven't refunded despite calling them and emailing them multiple times. Their only respnse is we will inform you once we initiate it. They dont provide any arn /prn numbers that we can cross verify with banks that can allow us to kno what techniical errors occured. All they do is expect us to stay mum and not bother them. Voler is a big cheat. Fraud. Indespicable.

                I have booked a car for 2 days through voler and done payment in september end. On the date of travel, which is on 22nd oct - one of the representative informed me that the car is not available during to some mechanical complaints. And the 100% refund will be done in 15 days. So, no service and harassment at last moment and fake promise of refund. I have contacted more than 10 times for refund. Every time, company representative push forward the refund date with excuse of technical issue. Now it's been. More than 2 months that biker has kept my money in their pocket without providing any service.

                  I have booked voler car on 19th July and due to some reasons the booking was cancelled and I called up the customer care 5 times till now and every time I ask about my refund they due to some technical issue at payment gateway they couldn't process my refund and it will be done by the end of this week which had never happened.
                  I have a legitimate proof (call recordings and booking id) that they are manipulating consumers and giving false promises.

                    I booked a car from voler on 1 August, 2018 and submitted 15000 rupees out of which 10000 was refundable deposit which was supposed to be returned by the voler cars in 10 to 15 working days. As you know, 23rd of August was the last day of the 15 working days and still no money or any information on the return of money was provided. I complained to the voler cars on 28th of August for the return and they asked us to compromise for 5-7 working days as their payment gateway had some issues. Now i again complained today on 10 September for the same and still no money was returned and i was again asked to wait for 4-5 days. For me, 10000 is a big amount and especially if I've rented it. So i hereby request you to file a complain against "VolerCars" and solve my problem.

                    I booked a car on 20th nov till 21st nov in delhi ford figo and its been more than 15 days and i still havent recieved my refund of rs 5000 and the customer care guys are giving me excuses and disrespecting me. i need my refund or i will go the police.

                      I have booked a car from voler cars on august 1st from chandigarh to be picked by at 9.30 pm. After making the payment, they have called me atleast 10 times to upload the documents as i had netwrk issues so i uploaded the documents finally nd then they called me to inform that they couldnt verify the documents and cancelled my booking stating that i will receive the refund in next 10-15 day excluding sundays. Its 23 rd today and i havent got anything yet. I have been contacting them since 1st of august regarding the refund status all they have to say is, it is under process nd will be dne within 10-15 days. They do not even reply to the emails for 2-3 days. When they reply all they ask you to be patient and advise you that refund will be processed in 10-15 days. I dont understand on what basis they have kept my money for so long without providing any service at all. Such a fraud company. I need my refund no matter what. I wont let you fraud keep it. I had to spend that night in hotel just because these cheaters have cancelled my reservation and spent extra bucks there. I will claim for that also for sure. I have got all the proof with me.                       Have you guys notified voler so far about the complaint?? /// I called them today and they said the same thing what i read in some of the other complaint that due to a technical error they can not transfer the funds. I asked the representative named Kirti to transfer to call to one of the superior she put me on hold fr a while and came back with a very obvious reply that supervisor is not available. I told her i will wait she replied no supervisor is available today and will come tomorrow. I asked to transfer the call to the manager, she said the same thing that manager will be coming tomorrow. As per her none of the senior is available in the office. This is the kind of company it is. A COMPLETE FRAUD.

                        I had booked toyota innova from Voler cars, Bangalore under the booking id BLR-W-Innova-Crysta[protected] for 3 days trip in January, 2018. I was supposed to get refund of security deposit of5000rs on 29th of January. I have placed several calls to customer care. They have template of statements which each representative repeats'technical glitch, allow us 24 - 48 hours' and the same process repeats. No one proactively calls you on the update. Today is 31st of July, 2018. I still haven'e received my security deposit back.

                        I strictly say no to voler cars! I do not recommend their services to anyone out there!

                          I booked car on 20 Jun 2018. They conform the booking and after some time that canceled it said no car available. They said refund money in 15 working days. It's about 2 month but they do not refund my money. Send a mail that they processed and it will reflect in my account in 5-7 day. But not get any money after 10 days of email. It's a fraud company I think. Please suggest me that any help get from there or go to consumer court.

                            I booked Voler car on 17th June for a day and after the whole process was done I was told my refund will be initiated in 14-15 days and these people initiated it on 15th day and the email from them stated that now it will take 5-7 working days more. And after 8th day I emailed them about the same and a day later they gave me a [censored] reply that it has bren again initiated and I don't know how much time I have to wait for geting my security. These people dont consider it as a security deposit they consider it as a long term investment in their company. Harassing the customer for bit of money is their policy.

                            Not only this thing, the car they gave me was the worst car I drove which their representative agreed to. From such behaviour I am sure this company is not going to stay longer in the market as they dont value the customer or their complaints. The customer care is worlds stupid thing capable of not even solving a simple problem, for eg, if you ask them what is 1+1 these people will be empty from top.

                            I have no hope of getting my money seeing their responses.

                            God bless them sense of business knowledge.

                              Hi, I booked voler car on 23 May and cancelled it on 28 May. They have policy of returning the amount in 20 working days. My booking id is - DL-W-Scorpio[protected]. Despite several mails and false promises, my refund has still not been initiated. Only false promises have been made so far. I have talked to number of people in their team and all they say is technical fault and forwarded the message to respective department.

                              Please register a formal complaint against them. https://volercars.com. I have talked to people named Saptarishi, Aniket, Kirti, aouvik, rhishita. They are all useless and noone helps.

                              Yes, I had to go to police station. Had almost filed a FIR and gave them a deadline that I will be in their Delhi office with police on saturday if my amount is not refunded.

                              They refunded the amount on Friday evening. But it's a plain dealing with them.

                                I had booked a car on rent on 12th may, 2018 with volercars for a ride on 13 th may at 11 am. The delivery agent came with the car at around 10 am and told me that we wont give you fuel so i said in the site you have said that you give unlimited kms free. After this he called up his office and that guy told me that we will not give you the car as you are saying we are cheating with you. I said no problem i have been cheated once but now i have made my plan and will put fuel on my own. I will not do any more booking with you guys. However, he still refused and asked the driver not to give me the car. Finally after lots of arguing when he still refused to give me the car, i said refund me the amount i have paid while booking but again he was very rude saying that we will refund as per company policy. I said atleast send me an email that you will refund, what if you do not refund the amount? He was again very abusive. He gave me bad slang in hindi and threatened to come and beat me up at my home.

                                After a while, i get a mail from volercars that my booking was cancelled and i will get the refund in 10-15 days. But soon after next half hour, i got another mail that i we will not give you a refund due to you behaviour.

                                I paid them 2289/- at the time of booking and how can they just refuse to pay the money back? They already spoiled my trip plan on top of which they have looted my hard earned money and also threatened to beat me up.

                                I then let the driver take the car away and took car photos when he was leaving with the car. I have attached the photos with the complaint.

                                I have read their reviews and there are many such complaints against this fraud company. I booked the car in a hurry without reading the other reviews. I feel cheated. Please help me get my money back.

                                I have faced a similar problem. Volercars have said their services have shut down in Kolkata, the city I had booked the car at. Now it has been two months and they are yet to give me my money back. I am curious as to whether it is through ignorance and disregard for possible legal prosecution that they have such confidence as displayed, or whether there is a legal loophole they have found because of which they feel safe. Either way, seems a very stupid way to render one's company vulnerable to law suits, to me.

                                  I have hired self driving car from volarcars on 06th april 18 and my trip ended on 07th april 18 and returned vehicle after completing all formalities. As per volarcars refund policy refund amount is processed with in 10 to 15 working days. I have chasing them since then but no refund provided till date. Neither there customer support is connecting to there higher authorities nor transferring call to concerned department and assuring the time for refund of payment. Total refund balance is 6350 rs.

                                      I had made a booking on 19th December, booking id number 204336 through VolerCars(Contact number: [protected]). The payment gateway displayed an error o[censored]nsuccessful booking, for which I again booked a Scorpio Car with booking id 204339. Later when I rechecked, it displayed that there are two bookings done. I called the customer care on 20th December to cancel the booking, to which they said they would cancel 204339 booking id, and we will get the refund within next 4-5 working days.
                                      We had to travel on 22nd December and return the vehicle on 25th(booking id 204336). While returning the vehicle I cross-checked about the refund, and the voler representative at their JP Nagar office verified about the same and gave us an assurance of return by next 2-3 days.
                                      I have been repeatedly calling the customer care, and even showed interest in talking to the Customer Care Manager, but every time I was told that the manager is not available and that he/she is on a leave. It was a real mental torture as we were asking for our own money which they had held. I have been asking them to give a definite date by which they will credit the money to my account, as the sum is not a less one(INR 13859)which was made by a credit card, which has a deadline to payback.
                                      I have been calling them almost 2-3 times in a week and every time I have been told the same thing that I would get the money in that very week and now it has been more than a month, and my card deadline is also crossed and i will have to pay a hefty fine as well as my credit(CIBIL) score will also go down because of late payment from Voler Cars. They have been a cause of real mental torture to me since last more than 1 month. Lately, the manager finally had the audacity to call me and even in this call she said the same thing that the Finance department is delaying the payment and the Finance department has yet not confirmed on my refund. I believe this is none of my concern, as I am expecting my own money from them, for which they are playing blame games since last more than a month. I have sent all the proofs and documents regarding the discrepancy from VolerCars side while booking, to which they accepted their fault and very ready to pay back the money, but now I don't know why they have delayed the refund so much.

                                      Now since they have delayed my refund for such a long time which will cost me late payment fine and a lot of mental torture, I want them to compensate me with the full refund(13859) and a compensatory amount(5000 INR) for all the mental harassment that they have doing to me and they should take care of my CIBIL score from their end along with a written apology from the companies top authority.

                                        Dear sir,
                                        i booked a swift car on 09/11/2017 (Booking id - dl-w-swift[protected] for 14 hrs on 10/11/2017 from 7 pm to 9 pm.
                                        but on delivery date i got car 2.5 hr late and told me that i have not approved my documents even when i uploaded my docs on booking date and called customer care to get it approved. He approved my docs and reassured me about my trip.
                                        sir volercar spoiled my urgent tour and still today on 07/12/2017 i havnt received my security deposit, they have also changed bookin time
