[Resolved]  Volkswagen India — after replacement of all 4 injectors , one injector fails yet again

Address:Chennai, Tamil Nadu, 600026

This is extremely upsetting that we purchased the vehicle Vento diesel 1.6 in 2011, its been 7 yrs and in a span of over 18 months December 2013 - july 2015, we were forced to change and pay for replacement for all the 4 injectors. After repeated email threads and poor response from customer care, I am questioning the ownership of this vehicle and that this is evidently a manufacturing issue that hasn't been adhered too or avoided for some reason or shelved.

I have made sure to get quality diesel from Shell Petrol Bunk and have been getting the car regularly serviced for every 15, 000km at TVS motors Volkswagen service at Chennai. When enquired about the reason, the VW service at TVS blamed the quality of the fuel, dust in filters and haven't guided us or followed back on the reason on replacement of all 4 injectors and that this problem still persists till date. We were promised that after the replacement of all injectors we'd not have any further issues. But this is the 5th time we have been asked to change an injector again with a payment of Rs 25, 000 and this is maddening as we have spent more than Rs.1, 00, 000 on the replacement of previous 4 injectors mentioned below.

1. First Injector failed and replaced in Decemebr 2013 at 29, 800 KM i.e with two yrs of purchase of the vehicle and paid Rs 51, 686-00.
2. Second Injector failed and replaced in June 2014 at 34000 KM and paid Rs 25, 434-00.
3. Third Injector failed and replaced in March 2015 at 42, 200 KM and paid Rs 8302-00.

We are tired of this problem, it is too risky for us to take the vehicle out with such uncertainty. We have been having this issue for a while and we do not wish to get stranded again in the middle of nowhere without any help. We'd like you to reimburse with the change of car with a new vehicle including all expenses paid for.
