[Resolved] Volkswagen India — bad service and worst helpline | |
My polo got break down and i called to the showroom for help. They told they will connect the helpline and will get a call immediately. I got the call after 1:30 hrs. I was with my family and stucked on highway for these hours. I didn't receive a call too till that time.in between the local people surrounded by helped me and i moved the car to another location. This happened on 4th dec from calicut, kerala. I was at calicut town. The car was purchased on 2014 july. Only 3years. I am really unhappy with your service. Also i had a great experience with hyundai before for the same case and at mid night. It took only 1 hr to move the vehicle to showroom. Got a call immediately and they did it very well.
