We, AVG Logistics Ltd, have been informed by our financers/bank that the legal case filed by in NCLT, which has been withdrawn(copy of NCLT’s Order enclosed for your ready reference) is still showing up in the legal cases filed against AVG Logistics Ltd. Enclosing the Court Order in respect of the closure of the case for your ready reference. Request you to inform the concerned person/department for updating the current position of closure of this case at various forums and authorities including reporting to CRIF, CRILIC & CIBIL at the earliest.
