[Resolved]  Volkswagen India — disgusting and disappointing about your support and product

Hi,

We have purchased a vw vento on last 2012 nov/dec from sundaram motors mount raod.
From then we have keep maintaining our vehicle by dropping our vehicle in their service centre at periodical due of service at every 15 k km.
During these days we have been experience may unhappy moments for may poor support or other.
Like that one bad exeperince want to address it to you

Having said being a ardent user of vw vehicle since many years we all simply love to own the vehicle for its mindblowing perfromances from day one.

But things tunred in other way when it comes to service part.
We been keep getting pathetic support from them time and again from the service vendor sundaram motors.
When ever we are dropping our vehicle for any service they have made us to revisit again without addressing the issue in a right manner.
Even if you do the same some other new issue will arise. We are frustrated on their service part.
Once we had dropped our vehicle around october / november last year for few service issue / accident problem, they had broken our driver arm rest kid.
Even after umpteen reminders they have given any attention or replace the same by saying some vague reply "parts not available".
Above all from 2014 we have been keep telling to our floor manager that our vehicle paints are getting undue fade / color changing / turning, even this has not been addressed...
We have paid around 12 l for the vehicle and every 15k km we have been spent around rs. 20 k but still our issues has not been resolve..

We are totally disappointing on this.

Note : our firm staunch has got four vehicles including vw vento.
Out of this four, vento is the only vehicle has got paint issue even before it touches the fourth year.
Where as our other honda city which is 7 + years and 5 + years has still good conditions in painting.

Even maruthi has no issue even after 10 + years usage.
