[Resolved] Volkswagen India — Extensive delay in resolving engine related issue in the car | |||
It has been more than 3 weeks now since my car went to the service station for an engine related issue and even now the service center employees are not able to give a time frame as to when I will be getting back my car. This is completely unacceptable on the part of Volkswagen India that they rely on such incompetent service centers to provide after sales services to their customers. There has not been any attempt made by the service center employees to give me an update on the status of the car and it is me who has been chasing them around for the follow-ups. If this thing is going to happen, then I am sure many of the existing VW customers will switch to other brands who offer a speedy after sales services. Please look into the matter and get the issue resolved.
