Volkswagen India — Grievances regarding the service and charges being levied | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I have been customer of Volkswagon from past 4yrs, but the recent service incidents have been making me the detractor of the brand. Here is a scenario, my Volkswagon vento car was purchased in Hubli, Karnataka. My car had a problem reason being there was kerosene mixed in diesel which affected the car eventually. When car was taken to service centre of Hubli, Karnataka, we were told to change air filter of a car and was billed for Rs.24thousand which I have bill for the same and were assured of car working properly.After a month again same problem reccurred and when I took a car to showroom was told no such problem wit a car and everything is fine with it. But today my car is having a same problem and service centre of Hubli have estimated Rs.2lakhs for repair. My concerns are 1.yes it was our mistake where we unknowingly got fuel refilled which had kerosene mixed in it, but why was that not rectified when the car was taken twice to the showroom with same problem 2. And because of which I am given an estimation of 2lakh rupees for repair, which I think could have been avoided if fixed earlier Even me being a marketing manager would not accept such kind of service lapse and its disheartening to see this happening with brands like this, obvious consequences will be on its way wit me personally being the detractor of Volkswagon or its subsidiary companies Request you to pls find a solution for this ASAP Regards Praveen Sr.Manager Citibank, Bangalore Was this information helpful? | |||
