[Resolved]  Volkswagen India — passat 2012 model

My car is met with an accident on august 12th. And damaged parts of my car are right head lamp, right fender, bumper, right fog lamp and right alloy wheel. They took four months for repair and till date they didn’t deliver my car and every day they are telling me same thing tomorrow. Yesterday i went to the service center and they raised a new complaint that gearbox is not working properly reverse gear is not working and that part costs 1.3lks my car went
For general service a month the accident then my car was perfectly alright. Now they are saying we should change the part so that we can move the vehicle and that too after 4 months they are saying. My car is in pps motors hyderabad
