[Resolved]  Volkswagen India — Pathetic Service and Unacceptable delay

Address:Bangalore, Karnataka

My Vento met with an accident and have taken it to VW-Elite Motors
Showroom in Bangalore for repairing. Date of incident is end of July 2014,
after 3 months these people have not completed my work. Almost work has been halted
till 1st Week of Oct due to non availability of spairs. After my continuous
follow-ups and meeting with all the higher-ups of Elite Motors, they have slowly
initiated the process on 1st Week of Oct. When enquire, it was realised
that Elite Motors have left with no stock due to their inter issues within the management,
lack of labours, rift with VW-India. And the net effect is after 3 months (till
now), my vehicle is lying in the showroom. Though, i have read many blogs relating
the service issue across VW service centres in india, I have taken my car their
assuming its authorised dealers. Now, my situation is similar to that of others.

During my last 3 months continuous visits to your service
station, i have met near about 50 customers and it is very distressing to see
all were leaving the showroom by throwing their emotions with their office
staffs and they harmlessly apologies to them. I have been over heard many times
that, they blame management for no stocks and labours. I haven’t seen a single customer
leaving the service station with a smile. Though, Elite Motors, Electronic City
claim that they are the No.1 Dealer in Bangalore with more than 3 to 4
branches, but their service is really hopeless and they left with no stocks in
any of their service stations.

Regarding the technical Expertise: So far none of the
technicians are able to detect the actual issue with my car. In last 3 months,
i have received 5 invoices. Each time when i visit the showroom for taking the
car they come up with other complaints. In total they have raised 5 invoices
till now and go only knows how much further they will do. Now, i realise it is
better to take VW cars to multi-brand or local service stations than the one
authorised. If their expert technicians can’t detect the complaint then whom should
we trust.

In short, it better to go ahead with TOYOTA or Maruthi cars in
india. This German motors will only help us in shooting up our BP. So my
experience was really horrible and cannot be quoted too. Now, people can decide
after going through my experience.
