[Resolved] Volkswagen India — poor after sale service and car quality | |||
I bought Vento - Highline in July 2014. 2 days back, the battery sign in the dashboard turned red and soon ABS sign and electronic steering sign turned yellow. I called 24x7 roadside assistance - they said that they will come only if the car has stopped working!! The car was bought from Shaman, Prabhadevi, Mumbai. I have been asking the dealer to arrange car pick-up and repair. It has been 2 days. No one from VW has yet attended to it. Feedback: - extremely poor after sales - poor quality of car. I bought the car thinking its German engineering, hence flawless. That hasnt been the case. My Honda City was purchased 8 years back and never had manufacturing issues!!
