Volkswagen India — poor and time taking service Agra Branch | |||
I Dinkar Khanuja owner of Polo 1.2 No UP80 2318 had given by car at your Agra service center (MGRS Auto) on 25th May for denting and painting. I was promised deliver to car by 30th May after servicing and in spite of regular calls to your center nobody picks the phone gives a satisfactory answer. Finally a visit at your service center personally on 5th June I found only 70 % of the work had been completed till 5th June and your service. In the evening Mr. Mubeen Khan (service adviser) called me promising to give car on 6th June. But till now there is no intimation about the delivery.Your Agra Branch have quit pick up and drop facility of the car, we are facing lot of difficulty as the distance between our residence and service center about 25 km which take about whole day in giving car and taking back from there. The service of your Agra Service center has gone worst. kindly look into this matter and help us as we are also facing mental harassment.
