[Resolved] Volkswagen India — poor service and response by | |||
I was contacted by your sant autoways, mandi hp service center for software update. On sunday 26th nov 2017, i went toervice station, with my vento car ch01al4560, where they advised me to get the vehicle service also. They hand over the serviced car same evening. After updating software, checking and service. They changed rs 12 560/. Also they advised us to get two of the car, 's tyres as well, considering them as experts i did go through their advice and replayed them. I had already informed them that i had a long travel plan due to family commitment, so i started from himachal yesterday i. E 30th nov for delhi. And today morning started for gwalior from delhi, in between at yamuna express highway just before hitting agra, i observed something frivolous and the indication in the car through the highlighters were showing stress in the engine. I had to pull over and called sang automobiles. They almost were irrational about their conversations and did not take up the issue. I had to myself contact agra's local service center, which eventually sent a mechanic to help me. The mechanic who was sent by vokeswegen authorised dealer has indicated issues in the injectors. As per him, all fuel injectors are fail and when i asked him for the reason of such a cause, he put he blames on the diesel (Fuel). Which i got filled from a reputed indian oil dealer in moods while starting today in the morning. My vehicle is parked in agra and i have taken a taxi onwards to gwalior. I do not believe that a vehicle can go wrong in just 300 - 400 km especially immediately after the service. I have my serious doubts that my vehicle's parts are been replaced by the service station during the service as my total run of the car is less than 45k km. The service station clearly has tricked me and i need them compensate for the loss and for the inconvenience which my family has faced in this journey. Need them to fix the issue in my car which is currently parked in agra. Agra's mechanic has informed that the cost of each model is rs 25000. I would appreciate you to take a strict action as a reputed brand. I hope customer satisfaction is still you outpost priority. Need your urgent attention.
