[Resolved] Volkswagen India — repairing of a new vehicle | |||
I have bought a new polo on sep 07 sep and met with a small accident on sep 13 and before the buying of the vehicle the sales representative and the staff was very active and they used to call me on daily basis to purchase the vehicle. But now when i am in a situation no one is attending the call, even if they don't have the facilities they can help me by contacting the other service centres. Because of some personal issues i have told them to complete the work in priority but now they are not helping me in this situation which i never expected from volkswagen which is an international company Was this information helpful? | |||

Do u ppl thnk that once we bought a car from volkswagen then u dnt hav any responsibility towards customer donu thnk we r fools calng again again u ppl nor pik cals nor u reply back whole day goes but no response frm company comes should i put on social facebook n insta how poor services u ppl provide to customer very bad 😡😡😡😡😡

I got a service of my vw polo 1 month ago and now I am facing problems regarding it display. Sometimes there comes a beep sound and also the speedometer stops.
It shows a very poor service as I paid almost 12000 rupees for the service and then also didn't got a proper service.
