[Resolved] Volkswagen India — Tampering of documents and ruining my car

Dear sir,
I have given my car for repair in vw deccan uppal in hyderabad after my car met with an accident, they promised to give my car in one month but have taken 4 months to deliver my car. even after keeping the car for 4 months they have not done the work correctly. and they are not able to rectify the problems in the car where the total gear box is spoiled and car is not running and more over the roof of the car is not properly done.
Mr. krishna reddy and mahesh in this office have tampered with the job sheet and are fooling people, they have asked me to pay rs 380000 after which they say they say they are not responsible for the work done. kindly go through the matter immediately. and take action on both the fellows.
