Volkswagen India — vehicle shaking in idle position and gear shift problem

I purchased polo highline plus petrol 1 l from kun capital chennai and taken delivery on 30 may 2018.

Registration number plate yet to be provided.

The vehicle is shaking and periodically jerking when in idle position.

Gear shift is ridiculously hard and 1st gear is fouling and not smooth.

When shifting from 1st to 2nd gear the speed is dropping.

I am not getting proper response from kun team.

Their job is over as they got the payment.

It is pertinent to mention here that i was driving a polo highline 1.2 petrol for last 5 years and had exchanged the vehicle to keep the loyalty.

But unfortunately i feel that i had been cheated.

The test drive vehicle was completely ok.

I seek your immediate intervention and replacement of the vehicle.
