[Resolved] Volkswagen India — very low quality car polo | |||
I have come to this page to write about your unsatisfied polo which was delivered to be 3 months ago by abra motors, chennai, tamil nadu. First and major issue which im having in the polo is the suspensions are really bad really bad. Its really very hard 100 % times more harder than normal cars like suzuki swift or hyundai i20. If its true then please i want in a writing that polo suspensions are weakest of its class vehicles. A cab driver is moving faster than me on speed brakers. For this is what i chose volkswagen? The suspensions are very hard even in smallest bumpbs, its really not capable even equal to tata india i bet this or my polo maybe has a defect which was been sold to me without my knowledge. I have also inspected the car with my company (Peeyesyem hyundai) the suspension is really bad.. The cars suspension quality is really bad made this was never expected.. Now there are weird sounds comming from lh front suspension. Whats wrong with the vehicle? Its been only 2000 kms. I really need the sollution to be fixed free of cost because i know how volkswagen ripped other customers with this cheap quality indian made suspension. There are some window bulgings also with the car. I need a replacement of the car it will be better i guess.. Problems with a new volkswagen car? I will be really glad if get the resolution as soon as possible. When i had called the abra motor service regarding the suspension a month ago they said in a cool manner that to get the car to service station and there was no any follow back... Is your customer satisfaction even upto volkswagen standards? I really want to know this. Another thing happened with your service center, i had given my car for front bumper painting job.. When i took delivery of the vehicle i saw the painting was improper and showed the service advisor and asked will it not peel? He gauranteed me saying volkswagen paint wont do such things? After 3 weeks i saw the paint started peeling off.. I was shocked when i saw the newy painted bumper paint peeling off. This is already informed to service advisor, he has asked me to bring the vehicle to re-doing the job for free. How can i always leave my work and run behind your polo problems? Volkswagen products are not of low quality i believe, please check to this issue and solve my problem as soon as possible as i dont have vehicle to travel to office. From nowitself im saying please i dont want your engineers to give stupid reasons and try to solve the problem. I want this to be solved as soon as possible. Im totally fed up of your polo vehicle. I would like to meet your manager who is related to this department to express the problems which i think will not be solved by volkswagen. There was no any follow back from your service team when i told about the suspension issue. Volkswagen has the worst customer satisfaction experience. Was this information helpful? | |||
