[Resolved] Volkswagen India — Workshop People Missed my VW Vento Key..

VW PPS Motors, 7-52/27, Prashant Hills, Manikonda, Hyderabad, Telangana 500034.
VW Workshop members missed my Vento key when i gave for Service. They said that they will order a new one and provide to me. Its been 3 months and no one is properly responding to my case. Once they said they got the key and said "oh its not related to your vehicle and we will re order it", I said ok..
I have been following up with it on calls and personal visit to service center.
2 weeks back i came to know that key is arrived when i called to them. But 2 days later when i asked when to come, they are saying key is not there.
Truth i came to know is they have the key with them and playing with me because i believe they need to pay some amount for this key as their workshop member mistake.
Still they are saying key is not arrived. Am fed up of asking these many times. I need help on this issue.
