Dear Sir, We have bought an Volkswagen Polo Car from your Authorised Car Dealer Name - Torque Cars pvt Ltd. Address - G7-B, Patel Nagar third, Ghaziabad. State - Utter Pradesh. Problem is that dealership of this dealer has been finished from your end & till now we have not received our RC of Our Polo Car. We have also called to Customar care.but We have not got sufficient responce from there. Only Reference No.- is generated which is - CCR24354. This request has been logged on 18th May 2015. Kindly help into this matter.If at this time we have not get an positive responce from your end so we will logg an F.I.R. against Volkswagen Company & this dealer.
