Voltas — 1.5 ton split ac

I recently (18 apr 16 ) purchase a split 1.5 ton ac which is not working properly and against it i complaint to customer care on date 7 may 16 for the same they assure that 48 hrs your complaint will be attend and rectify but till date( 13 may 16 they will close my complaint without attend the my place. now they told same thing with new complaint no.

13 may 16 they closed my complaint automectically and when i call they generate new complaint no. [protected]


what a services given by voltas never suggest anyone to buy such a low service company.

Dear Sir, our engnieer Mr Ravi Saini. 9927504902 visit at your home with in 3 days.
as per engineer remarks gas leak from outdoor due to WRONG INSTTALATION.
which was done from dealer end not from Service center.If you will tamped your set from local so how you can accept for Free FOC service.

You are not approved service estimate so how can service center repair your set.
