[Resolved] Voltas — A.C which is in warranty and has not been repaired | |||||
Its the worst brand you can ever purchase. I got my a.c serviced from Voltas 15 days back (the service guy was very unprofessional and incompetent) and within few days the a.c stopped working for which I lodged a complain to Voltas. I've been contacting them from past 6 days to repair my a.c which is in warranty but their is no response from their end. They promise a particular day and would never turn up. If you call them back they'll tell you that they'll be coming tomorrow. The weirdest thing is that they would cancel your request by themselves without giving any reason and you just have to call them again and again. I really wish I would have made the purchase from some other brand but Voltas.
