[Resolved]  Voltas Ac From Viveks Retail Chennai — Stay away from Viveks and Voltas Air Conditioners..

I have purchased Voltas 1.5 Ton Split AC from Viveks Showroom in Mylapore Chennai on 4.10.2014 and got it installed on 6.10.2014. Within two days it started making annoying noise in such a way that even our neighbours got irritated. I registered a complaint with Viveks Customer care on 8.10.2014 and they promised to sent a technician the same day. Till night no news from the technician or Viveks. Then i called the technician Mr.Prabhakaran directly and he promised to come the next day, that is on 9.10.2014 by 9 AM. He didn't turned up till 12 PM. So i called him. His reply was " I am leave today and i already informed the office".How is it?. I now regret purchasing from Viveks showroom. I recollect the good service i got from E-Zone.
