[Resolved]  Voltas — AC not cooling after 1.5 years from purchase date

I had purchased split AC 1.2 ton 155 CY from snapdeal, it was working fine until now, but is not working anymore. The cooling just doesnt function, the enginner one Mr Sarfaraz Ansari mobike number [protected] from Cool Appliances authorised service provider of Voltas, he had inspected the AC and informed me that the coil needs to be replaced as it is an aluminum coil which is quite surprising as i had purchased AC only 1.5 hours.

If his assessment is correct, it is rather breach of trust and provision of third class product by Voltas and it shouldn't at the first place be produced by Voltas. This means that Voltas products are far worse than any chinese product, if the aluminum coil is such a bad product then Voltas shouldn't provide such products at the first place.

I am very disheartened by the quality of the product, and it is a clear deficiency of service on part of Voltas. I hope Voktas takes cogizance of my complaint and rectifies this at the earliest, failing which i would be compelled to take action againest Voltas for deficiency of service and criminal breach of trust. I am attaching the inspection report, and invoice of AC for your ready reference.

Actually I purchased my voltas window ac on 20 may 2016 and after 1 year only 20 may 2017 it has stop cooling after complaining for several times I don't know what type of expert they are having that they are not able to solve the issue really I need explanations or ortherwise replace my ac or I will file a case against voltas
