[Resolved]  Voltas — Air conditioner outdoor unit fitting problem

Sir/madam,

I saptarshi bandyopadhyay purchase an ac 1.5ton splint voltas eu 183 lye model and serial no 4552017a17ca18399 purchased on 10.05.17 (For parent's) from great eastern trading co. (Sreerampore) invoice no17/sa1718/02302 with free lnstallation. Installed on 13.05.17 by greenwave. Refrigeration 53, m. C. Lane fotokgora. Chandannagora712136. Invoice no30225 technician name raja roy (Chargesrs.2845 extra copper pipes &wire 7 feet only) but not properly fitted.
I reported service centre. After that serviceman mr. Rakesh adhikary came from the said service point. Dated.17.05.17 invoice no.30727 and committed (By written) that co. Will change the weak out door bracket. But from this day still now no response from service center and when i call they cut the line of phone. Then i went to sreerampore great eastern to report my sales executive of voltas mr sanjay paul he said to me that he take this complain and solve it quickly but unfortunately after that no response from him.
Due to this problem my parents are unable to use the a. C in this kind of summer weather. After that 15 days gone i repeatetly reported voltas customer care service center by phone, but they are still now no response. I am requesting you please realise the problem and solve it as early as possible. I hope every one understanding what held up so i am going this letter forward to consumer forum for justice. All valid documents i can produced if necessary.
