We got a Voltas AC on 4 June from Reliance digital. Just a week after installation the AC started acting up and had cooling issues on 17 June. There was no cooling at all. After registering a complaint with the company, i was told that the motor was defected and mind you, all of this within a week of purchasing the AC. When i told them to replace the AC as it was way too early to get spoiled, they in fact told me straight that I would keep calling and the AC still would not get replaced. I finally settled to changing the motor which they said would get fixed within 2 days. And now, they brought me a motor that was too small for the AC. I am getting pathetic service from the company and i feel cheated and wronged. The company has been harassing me since day 1 and i desperately need a solution. I even doubt whether the motor that i am scheduled to get will be of any use to me.
