[Resolved] Voltas — Fan is not working | |||
We have purchased Voltas 1.5 ton AC from Snapdeal on 12th February 2017. Voltas service engineer came and installed the whole unit and when according to temperature when we needed for AC, we have started it and since from that day the fan is not working and when we inspected that fan, what we found that it is of 1.0 ton. And now Snapdeal Is saying that after 7 days we can't replace and on the other hand Voltas Ltd assured me about 50 times that we wil look after that.But now it's 10th day in a row but nobody has reverted to my place.Worst then pathetic after sales and service experience by Voltas.Last complaint got cancelled itself and Voltas stated that u have rescheduled that.And now they provided me with new complaint no. i.e.-[protected].Local authorised service centre's guys r saying that you have to pay for that after knowing that it is only 1 month old and under warranty.Thats seriously a shame for a company who says customer is everything for them.Too horrible and worst experience with Voltas .
