Voltas — hopeless service. got the defective voltas refrigerator. | |||
I am very disappointed to inform you that i have got a defective refrigerator and the service centre is not cooperating with us. Infact the person who came to solve my problem was from SAMSUNG. I took the fridge on 24th may 2019 from since that day i am facing the problem of water logging in the fridge but the problem is not solved and the person who came to solve is not a able person. His name is K.Das from Dynasty, Dibrugarh, Assam. The water overflow is contined till date. Plus the so called machanic misbehaved with my mom. I am going to file a fir and i am going to file a case in consumer forum as well against it if no action is taken and if my fridge is not changed. +1 videos Was this information helpful? | |||
