[Resolved] Voltas — my voltas windows ac is not repaired in 2.5 months after complaint | |||||
Against our complaint request no. [protected] dated 27.2.18, prism service network east krishna nagar, Delhi-110051 had taken our faulty 2ton ac for repair and took rs.7000/- towards replacing of cooling coils with new one on 10.03.18. When we complained again that the problem was not resolved still on 31.3.18 with request number [protected], again they carried our ac for more than one month and returned it without installation. I received message from voltas that the problem has been resolved but it is not. This is a case of cheating by prism service network and i request you to kindly cancel their agency as they are spurious. Also, i request you to kindly arrange acs installation at the earliest. i have bought an 1.5 ton Voltas AC in July 2018. today i raise a maintenance request no is [protected]. during servicing AC came out from fixing plate. now service engineer did noyt fixed it and ask for some amount which is not authentic. request to you kindly fix it again properly as per guidelines without any charge.
