[Resolved] Voltas — no after maintenance service of ac

I bought Voltas AC which is not working properly. Despite complaining, many times to the voltas customer care nobody is able to find out the problem. The voltas customer care sent the local executives for repairing who always take money for gas filling. After 10 days the AC comes back to zero cooling. The Voltas is very irresponsible company and make mockery of their customers. In this scenario what should i do.

Updated by Ajay Kumar Chauhan I got the communication from Voltas. The technician visits the AC and say that the condenser should be replaced and around 8 K is needed for that. I said that no problem but i need guarantee that it will work for at least one year. Then he said there is no guarantee of that. If the AC will not work then we will check the compressor. Now my question is that should i will spend 10 k more in replacing condenser without any guarantee. My wife suggest me to sell this bakwaas Voltas AC and switch to Hitachi.
