[Resolved]  Voltas — Not getting free service

Hi, I have purchased Voltas window AC on 4th June2019. My second free service was due for which I tried contacting customer service and sent email as well however unable to connect with Voltas .Now today I called customer service and they told me that I have to pay for the service as 1 year has been passed on 4 June 2020..it's not my fault...during lockdown I tried to contact but it was Voltas who was not available.i should not be charged even single penny..it's not matter of 500 or 600 it's about the right of consumer

I have the Voltas 1.5 ton 3-star inverter split ac which has been malfunctioning for quite some time. It shows various error codes like H3, U5 etc. Authorized service providers have been unable to correct this problem. The AC is still in its service warranty period. It was purchased from Reliance Digital, Rourkela.

Such kind of ineptitude is not expected from a well-established company like Voltas. They are not responsive at all. If they are unable to repair the malfunctioning parts, they should promptly provide replacements.
