Voltas 1 ton 3 star invester split ac purchased through amazon. Invoice no. Sbob21525 dated 17/7/2018. As per the condition, installation was free. Your man came and installed the ac in july, 2018. He asked us to give stand for ac. We bought it and given a fitting charges of rs.300 to him. Now 2 men came here yesterday asking us to pay rs.1500 as installation charges. They said your company sent them. After one month, sending representative for collecting money is the right way of the policy of a company like voltas. One of the person was rajesh yadav, mob [protected]. He said he wants to see the ac and came inside to watch it.
