[Resolved] Voltas — received an old and damaged air conditioner unit from amazon online | |||
I bought voltas 1.5 ton 3 star (2018) split ac (185jy/183jzj1, white) online from amazon in pune city and received and old and damaged unit. The wires were missing in the box. It was such a disappointment after this disheartening experience from amazon. I never hoped that a voltas seller would do such kind of cheating with customer as it belongs to tata group.
