Voltas — regarding defective product and mental harassment

we baught voltas 185 EYR split 1.5 ac last year through online from snapdeal.we odered it on 27 th june 2014 and they delivered after 20 days.from.the very beginning the ac does not cool properly.recently water was dribbling from.my ac..i launched my complaint dated 16th may..they took my ac for a week and give it back to me on 23rd of may..but again the problem recurs..so i just want a complete solution..do change my ac immediately otherwise i have to go to the consumer fforum immediately against your company
