Voltas — Split ac got break down in 2 weeks from date of installation

Dear voltas,
I had purchased the above product through amazon, which was delivered on 15|03|2017. Since then it had issues twice. And had said it is my mistake to have chosen this product. It is very unfortunate that you have delivered me a faulty piece. There was a gas leakage twice and i was charged rs 2250 and rs 1800 subsequently. Breakdown of this product thrice in less than a month is too much and too expensive and had taken away my happiness and thrill of ac in summer. Please take away this item and refund my amount. Iam hereby attaching the complaints given to voltas customer care for your reference.

I have window ac 1.5 3 star, last year i take Amc From voltas, After 1 month cooling problem in my ac, Then i called to service care n nxt day technician check.n said gas problem, they said u have pay 300 Transpotation charges to pik ur ac, i want to ask why they take charges when i use u take amccc...
