I believe may be this an eye opener mail for you and you will take some strict action at the position sitting at your level, 1) First off all you have taken right decision to go with PAY TM MALL ( modern trade), initially they have mention that product will installed with in 48 hrs from delivery time, 2) We have waited beyond 72 hrs and contacting on your toll free no and they are escalating to their seniors also you can check our records from my no [protected], that how many times I called to them in this Hot and humid season 3) Finally they gave me supervisor No [protected] at evening at 7 O'clock he is requesting that product cannot be installed at this time but will be installed on priority at 10 O'clock in morning on my appointment already fixed on 18th of June consequently, I have taken leave on 18th from my office for installation purpose only but no body turned Up 4) I was doing continuously follow-up but nobody was picking my Phone 5) However again I have taken leave on 19th and doing continuously follow-up with you customer care and supervisor as he committed on top priority that your installation will be done in morning on 19th of June but never turned up as he is not responding to my calls and I got some Sr. supervisor number [protected] and found more irresponsible Person, who behaved very badly switched of his number at 2 O clock and open at 4 O clock, when I called him two three times at 4 o clock he replied that technician will come at 5 o clock after continues calling his junior given me no of technician [protected] who is out sourced technician told by him, no dress not wearing any badge or employment card. Nor having any knowledge of Product also not given demo and explained about product features 6) I came to know that some racket is going within these people they don't allow official technician and doing some private job and earning underhand money in this heavy season 7) Resulted he spoiled my AC installation with all sort of R&D which is not allowed and continuously Drops of water are coming out from both the sides continuously as he damages blockages came by factory settings( photos attached), He used some burning instrument also which is closed vent and done some JUGAD. RESULTED MY AC IS PERMANENTLY DAMAGE AND FROM THIS MAIL YOU MAY EXPERIENCED HOW PROFESSIONAL VOLTAS ARE SOME PROOFS I AM ATTACHING FOR YOUR REFERENCE SEEMS MY HEARD EARNED MONEY IS GOING TO BE IN GARBAGE. IF YOU ARE REALLY CONCERNED WITH YOUR REPUTED COMPANY GOING IN SOME WRONG DIRECTION KINDLY REVERT TO MY MAIL, OTHERWISE I WILL NOT LEAVE ANYONE DON'T TAKE THIS AS THREAT TRY TO IMPROVE AND OPEN YOUR EYES AND INVESTIGATE WHAT IS GOING ON SALES People ARE DEPENDENT ON SERVICE PEOPLE ONLY THEY CAN DESTROY OR CAN MAKE COMPANY REPUTATION I want My Indoor unit to be replaced and to be installed by company professionals this time not some third party people.
