Air condition need service for weight washing hence i have logged several calls through call centre and assigned to local service dealer but they are reluctant to service at my place hence insisting to take it to workshop which would cost be on transportation apart from service cost... I called again your call centre for updating this... They once again assigned it to the same service dealer at cuttack odisha... One service person named sagar called me and told that no service would be provided at my place and if i can get similar service from any other place then i must call them... Not voltas... This is very painful on a part of customer if post sale service would be treated like this... Pls help and resolve this kind issue which really hampers the brand equity... Awaiting response...
