[Resolved] Voltas — voltas 1.5 ton split ac - no cooling on new product | |||||
I purchased a 1.5 ton split ac on 11th june 2017 from bajaj electronics hyderabad - serial numbers 4512154d17d006709 (Outdoor unit) & 4552097a17d003983 (Indoor unit). The product was installed on 16th june under sr [protected]. It was then registered on 22nd june under sr [protected]. There was no chilling and i raised a repair request on 19th june under [protected]. Voltas took 19 days to respond and the request was closed on 9th july citing cooling gas was less. Now in less than a month on 6th august i have raised another repair request [protected] with same problem - no cooling. How can a new product require so many repairs? Voltas has given me a faulty unit and i request that it be replaced. The service agency assigned to my area - kool mark - are horrible professionals who have no knowledge and are unable to fix the problem, each time they mention the same issue - insufficient gas.
