[Resolved] Voltas — voltas ac is not functioning soon after installation and reporting p3 error | |||
Dear voltas, Could you please send your engineers (Well trained/knowledgeable) to finish the installation job properly and fix the errors that are prompting. The new ac was purchased from tatacliq assuring direct interaction and best services from you. But i don't know that some of your authorsied service providers are worst service providers. I would like to opt for 5 yrs waranty l, if you garuntee and prove thta and you/your representative service providers does proper job. Don't force us to opt cumplosoury preventative services of thy don't provide proper technixhinad and services. Your authorsied service providers haven't done proper job and not responding to the reported error soon after installation. Btw, please review the feedbacks on the agency who are offering services, some are below 2* out of 5. "voltas service centre - breezy air con" from chennai are worst performers and you are still forcing us to continue taking service from them to get waranty from you. Here is my ticket which was raised and no one has responded to the ticky yet. Could you please take back your product and pay me back my full money including instalation and accessories that are charged. Accessories are being charged more than the mrp for example ac outdoor unit stand is mrp is ₹800, they are selling it for ₹950. The same make is available on n open market for ₹420. Engineers also steal petty things like outdoor unit stand rubber shoes, screws, plugs. They don't use all and and won't surender to customer the left over. Are we not paying you full charge towards instillation charges? This is customers money. Teach them morals and ethics.
