[Resolved] Voltas — voltas air cooler 70 litre | |||||
I purchased voltas cooler for my son sanam suri from croma on 9th april and within a weeks time i had to make complaint about water pump not working. Again on 30th of i raised complaint through voltas customer care and got complaint # [protected] from shalini and barkha customer service executives and was informed that it will be sorted out within the next few days. On 4th june i checked with voltas customer service and got to know that complaint has been closed without attempting. I again registered for complaint and got new no [protected], from sai prasad and mr tarsem senior officer customer service and was again asked to wait for another 3-4 days to complaint to be resolved but unfortunately it was disappointing and i got mobile no of saksham bhatnagar area manager voltas but he too was unable to resolve the problem. I again called cs team of voltas on 6th and spoke with kartik and he got me spoke to roshni cs officer voltas, she too assured me that complaint would be attended. Again on 8th june i spoke with customer service executive ranjit singh and he transferred my call to bhargavi another senior who also assured that complaint would be done by saturday 9th june. I again call customer service voltas on[protected] and spoke with ratna who again transferred my call to sanjay bhargav and he made conference call with mr saksham bhatnagar area manager voltas and he said that my complaint for defective cooler will definitely be attended and part will be replaced by 14th june. But unfortunately today is 15th june and 16 hrs and i had even spoken with cs voltas and mr bhatnagar is not picking up my phone also. It is very disappointing and disgusting. I am feeling cheated by voltas company that my hard earned money has been wasted on such a fraudster company. Was this information helpful? | |||||
