Repairer sent by qrs, kollam namely cool care enterprises, gave a quote for rs.8800/- allowed to proceed with the repair, replaced with new coil, but not completing the work even after a fortnight. Regular calls made, no response, very much upsetting service, we will be publishing against your product service. Divisional manager, oriental insurance, do kollam. Yesterday, I went to enquire/purchase an AC at Anand Tractor near R.N.show chowk, Purnea, His response was very insulting. After 5-6 minutes he said the prices, no chair for the customer. Arrogant behaviour. I feel very much ashamed. As he was the dealer as shows in justdial so I went to his shop.
