Voltas Inverter AC of 1.5 Ton April 2016 from
Vijay Sales, New Delhi . Since I have purchased this
Voltas Inverter AC, I have not getting Good response from this AC . Always any type of issue in that AC . I don't know what is reason of issues ( Mainly Cooling Issue ) ?
But one thing is dead sure which is response / service from
Voltas Customer Care as well as
Voltas Service Centre is DISGUSTING .
PRESENT ISSUE :- I am facing issue that my 1.5
Voltas Split Inverter AC's cooling is totally stopped and mentioned on AC display '' DF '' since July.2017 and I have lodged the so many complaints for cooling issue which was Fake rescheduled and then cancelled these complaints - [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] . Right now again I am getting the new complaint number on dated 10th.Aug.2017 which is - [protected] . The interesting part is that I am calling to
Voltas Customer Care on daily basis since last 12-15 days then customer care executive transfer my call to his senior and Volta's Senior
Person updated me since last 12-15 days that your issue will be resolved within 24 hours but till date
Voltas 24 Hours for my issue resolution never comes . All are updating Fake and doing his fraud duties with customer and With extreme humidity climate in Delhi, we have already spent >40 days without AC because we have choose this fraud company product and invested our money Rs.45000/- . We have chosen this company due to this is the company of TATA BRAND and due to name and fame of our country's honorable business man Mr. RATAN TATA but we don't know that the some employees will be doing fraud with me and Fake updated / committed with me .
Again I am requesting to resolve my issue on top priority basis immideately else I will be bound to escalate this issue in consumer forum, electronic media, social media and through mouth publicity that
VOLTAS is a one of most fraud company who has chit to customer and
VOLTAS products are WORST .
