Sir I m pankaj agrawal from nagpur. I m very old customer voltas (Most reputed brand), almost evry consumer product in my house is o[censored]r make... Today ur representative who came to repair my water cooler tallked in such a rubbish language that i m sorry to say that i will not be ur customer any more.. He used so filthy words that i m unabel to write those here.. That guy detiriorated ur brand image in my mind.. And i will share my this bad experience with my friend and collegue tooo.. Pls try to send polite and well mannered people for service... Ur produce is packed properly bcoz i dont want to use it any more. Pls pick it up and throw it any where u want to... I dont want my money back.. But i m so much embarrased by ur representatives behaviour... Ur un satisfied customer... Was this information helpful? | |||
