[Resolved]  Voltas — water leaking direct through ac instead of water pipe.

I have purchased a voltas split AC 1.0 Ton
yesterday. Today Installation has been done. But now the Water is Leaking direct through AC instead of water pipe assigned for it.
Our whole wall is wet. I don't know whether it's manufacturing defect or mistake of installation guy.
I request M/S Voltas kindly resolve it on urgent basis.

This is to complain that it has been more than 3 days since i bought a split inverter AC and nobody has come for installation. Now I am being told that since it is EID it will take two more days.

Extremely frustrating!!
