[Resolved] Voltas — Who confirmed that installation has been completed by third part | |||||
I bought voltas ac from amazon on 3rd april thinking of the brand and expecting a world class service.ac was delivered on 5th as expected and i logged a ticket [protected] for installation. waited paitently for 2 days, then called again to ask when will technician come, to my surprise they logged another ticket [protected] stating this will dealt on priority and with 24 hours someone will contact me again. my registered mobile number is [protected]. on 8th i called customer service again, to which i was told technician will call me within 2 hours. good technician called and said he is on his way, after 3 hours, i called technician, he said he won't come, other technician will come. fair enough next guy called, he again said will be there in an hour, however after 3 hours when i called, he also said he won't come. got frustated by this time, called customer service again, spoke to supervisor, who was promising moon and starts and suddenly call was disconnected and no call back from voltas. Frustrated with the experience i raised request for return of product, which was picked on 10th april and money refunded. Yesterday i. e., 17th april, (12 days after i logged first ticket) 2 people called from voltas, cause there are 2 tickets, if ac has been installed. told them i returned the ac cause of your poor customer service and why are your calling after so many days. numbers i got call from are: [protected] at 8:31 pm and [protected] at 8:57 pm. Both the time person said sorry and i thought matter solved. however adding salt to injury got text messages that job cancelled as it was done by third party. On what face of earth voltas, a tata company, resorted to unfair practices. i wouldn't have imagined that your team on ground will stoop so low, that instead of working on problems, resorting to stupid antics to cover their incompatibility. I am writing in to pursue this, to ensure that people who are incompetent to deliver service are reprimanded and taken to task. i am frustrated cause i can imagine, what those individuals are resorting to with other customers. Feel free to reach out to me for more details and i would love to hear from you who is the person who failed to meet the service and what is the action taken apart from giving feedback (which is a standard reply). would like to co-operate to make this a case study for your service personnel on ground.
