Voltas — Window ac five star | |||||
My mom has purchased five star ac arround 3 years back. We have registered a service request no.[protected] on 25 april from shainaiz mob no. [protected] First of all i requested him to come at morning 10-11 so that i can attend to his queries but he didnt pay heed so i refused to accept service. All of sudden he called me at 1.15 pm as the ac was creating problem i accepted. My nephew was their and over the phone i told shainaiz that condensor is cutting off automatically when the temprature falls below 23 and for few seconds on 21. He didnt do pay heed to my issue and keep on repeating that temperature was coming to 23 so my work is over. I told him that all conversation i had with him are being recorded you cant bluff me. Then he stayed there for few minutes further. Taking advantage of my nephew he started telling him that i will lodge police complaint that you guys have locked him. When i reached home and heard about the whole issue i called shainaiz and asked to tell me what he wanted to tell but he took u turn. Company like voltas with such good reputation are hiring such agency to provide service on their its meer shame on you guys. I have all voice recording of conversation in my records and for reference.
